Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Red Enchilada Sauce, divided
1 pkg. (23 oz.) DELIMEX Chicken Taquitos
1 can (14.5 oz.) No-Salt-Added Black Beans, rinsed
1 1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
2 tbs Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1/2 cup Sour Cream
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Spread 2 Tbsp. enchilada sauce onto bottom of 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Top with layers of taquitos, beans and remaining enchilada sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake 25 min. or until heated through.
  5. Sprinkle with cilantro.
  6. Serve topped with sour cream.
